Neumarkt, Bavaria, home of the Lammsbräu Brewery, is located some 30 miles southeast of Nuremberg. In 1986, Lammsbräu switched entirely to using nothing but raw materials grown by organic farmers under exclusive contract to the brewery. Today, Lammsbräu combines the ancient art of brewing with modern technologies to make pure, healthy and flavorful beers, non-alcoholic malt beverages and soft drinks.
